Glastonbury Pilgrimage - 7th September

The Annual Diocesan Pilgrimage to Glastonbury is this Sunday! We are pleased to welcome Bishop Bosco MacDonald and many pilgrims from all around the Diocese and beyond.

Many thanks to all who have signed up to help during the weekend. However, we are still appealing for more volunteers to cover the entrance gate and assist with admissions sales. We would particularly appreciate volunteers to help as stewards at Herbie’s Field event car park, which is around a 10 to 12-minute walk from the Abbey. There are six shifts of 1.5 hours each, each requiring two volunteers.  We still also need many volunteers to help with the clean-up on Sunday evening after the event concludes.

A sign-up form will be available at the Pilgrims’ entrance gate, located opposite the Shrine. Let us all celebrate this special event we’re hosting for the Diocese! Thank you!
